Who is Melon?

Melon is a Human and Culture Consulting company that supports entrepreneurial companies, especially those in the scaling phase (Scaleups), to create a robust talent strategy in the growth phase.

Challenge

TalentMelon is a consulting company that stands out with its research results and clear communication. For this reason, the company, which first simplified its name and decided on Melon, decided to renew its brand identity with this simple and powerful approach.

Solution

The main idea of the new identity comes from the quarters in its name and working processes. It's like a minimal slice of melon. However, it's also like part of a chart because Melon produces reports for companies every quarter of the year. We have used this basic circular form in identity materials by enriching it. We designed forms that show Melon's warm communication alongside its simplicity and strong typography. We also designed and published the website. We delivered all works in sustainable formats.
