We're looking for consistent partner with an experienced freelance UI designer to work with us on a project basis.

 

Our clients are start-ups, consulting firms, internal communication teams of large companies. We are always open to learning about new sectors and design culture. We value simplicity, functionality, and serendipity.

Our teammates are in different cities and countries. You, too, can be part of the team. (London, Bristol, Pau, Istanbul, Bursa)

 
 

What matters most

  • Strong user interface design and research skills.

  • Being able to stick to the agreed deadlines. ​

  • A self-driven person with a bias for action and wants to get stuff done. We're looking for a team player who likes to get involved and take ownership. We don't like to micro-manage.

  • Enjoying working in a small team.

  • Experience in designing end-to-end branding projects.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and excellent use of Figma.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge startups, scale-ups, consultancy firms and focus on building the perfect UI projects. (Web site, digital product, platform, product screen, mobile app)

  • Understand the expectations and the right design decisions.

  • Building fresh user interface projects that will level up the existing brand identity by using the best design practices and core brand values.

  • Prototyping the work created in the most intelligible way possible and being able to put it into a presentation.

  • Become part of every stage of definition, structure, branding, UI, and deliver sustainable designs.

  • Act as an extended team member when working on a specific project.

The Ideal Candidate
The role is suitable for a person with a preference for UI, but they should also be able to think about the structure, user experience principles and culture. Deep product thinking and natural curiosity how to engage users is a huge plus. Ideally, we're looking for someone who's got minimum three of experience in building UI.
